French-born artist Marie Bloch-Lainé’s work draws from both a love for traditional print-making techniques and her career as an illustrator and graphic designer in Montreal and Chicago. Her art celebrates the beauty of imperfection through rich textures, spontaneous brushstrokes, and earthy color palettes.
